After a long day at work and equally as long of a commute to and from work, once the tires of my Forester hit the gravel drive of my street I feel all the stress of the day begin to fade.
Choosing to live over twenty miles away from the office was the best decision I could have made. While it was nice being in the middle of busy neighborhoods, restaurants and breweries in Charlotte, there is a sense of peace that comes from living out in the country.
Life is different. Vacations are different. Relationships are different. Goals are different.
Welcoming this new change over the past year has not been without it’s challenges. The positive vibes that surround me and the space I occupy makes it well worth any new path that might come along. Making a house a home is something to be proud of.
